Using the Ticketing / Coupon system

  • By using the ticket system you can limit the time your customers have access to the internet. (2 hours is the most common for cafe/restaurants but any time length can be set. Example: Hotels and RV parks may chose a 24 hr period)
  • Customers are required to obtain an ticket form the service / cash register area to be used to connect to the Internet. See sample logon page below.

  • This program takes the pressure off you or your staff to ask a “long time sitter” if they would like to order something. The software terminates after 2 hours and requires the customer to come to the cash register. Let the software be the reminder and not you or your staff.
    It has been determined that up to 50% of those who request more time take that opportunity to make additional purchases – this is a significant improvement over those stores that have no time limit on the open “Free Wi-Fi”.
    1. One of the key elements in this program is to make sure you have a sufficient supply of tickets. Upon sign up you will receive your admin ID and password and an URL for ticket download. When ever you require tickets simply logon and print off the number of tickets required. Each sheet contains 21 unique 6-7 digit codes existing of letters and numbers. These codes are good for three months at which time they are rolled over. No need to call, email or pay for this tickets.
